Ipswich Town Preview vs Wigan Athletic (H)

Ipswich town welcome Wigan Athletic to Portman Road this weekend in a clash that sees Town facing a continuous struggle at the bottom of the table.

Ipswich are seven points adrift of second bottom side Bolton Wanderers and 10 points off escaping the relegation zone. Without a win under new manager Paul Lambert Ipswich will hope to turn the results around after Wigan haven’t won in their last two games, including a draw to Bolton.

Ipswich’s last win came against Welsh side Swansea City back at the start of October, and since then have only picked up two points.

Team news:

Cole Skuse is out for town after suffering a knee injury in training, with Lambert estimating a two-month absence.
