This weekend will see Rovers return to Ewood Park to take on 9th placed Birmingham City.
Both clubs have 30 points from their opening 21 games, meaning a tight game can be expected in a clash between two play-off hopefuls.
However, Rovers have been putting in some inspired performances as of late, and the home crowd will hopefully spur Blackburn on to victory, as we look to further establish our excellent home record.
Unfortunately, fan favourite Elliott Bennett has missed the last few games through injury and he is not expected to return for the game against Birmingham, but other than that there are no fresh injury concerns.
Nyambe Mulgrew Lenihan Williams
Armstrong Dack Reed
A peach of a free-kick last time out should see skipper Charlie Mulgrew the first name on the team sheet.
Also, strong performances from Harrison Reed and Danny Graham should also see them comfortably into the side.
Two weeks ago, Craig Conway put on an excellent performance to be elected for the first team once again, though in his second outing he was less impressive which is why I think Mowbray will opt out of picking him a third straight time.
Birmingham have surprised many this season with earning their current league position, and they are not a team to be underestimated.
However, Ewood Park is a proven fortress now and a good performance from the Rovers will surely see us leave with three points.
