The Canaries returned to winning ways against Rotherham mid week, a comfortable victory that they will look to repeat on Saturday against an out of form Wanderers.
Despite going behind early against struggling Rotherham, three second-half goals from Cantrell, Aarons and Pukki saw Norwich take all three points and hold their position at the top of the championship.
However, another poor first half performance was worrying for Norwich, and will be hoping to avoid any drama against Bolton who are winless in their last 10 matches.
Goals has been the main issue for Bolton this season, bagging just two from their last seven matches, a stat that will fill the Norwich defence with confidence after some questionable displays in recent weeks, most noticeably the three conceded against Millwall.
Leeds United remained hot on the heels of Norwich following their midweek win against a tough Sheffield United side, and with just one point separating the two sides things are certainly heating up at the top of the table during the festive period. It may be getting icy outside, but Norwich will be hoping to avoid any slip ups against a Bolton side they are certainly favourites to beat.

The lacklustre Bolton strike force should’t trouble the back line of Norwich City, and with the clinical nature of Teemu Pukki up top, the league’s third top goalscorer, I predict Norwich to win this game with relative ease in front of a home crowd. 4-0.
