Sitting top of the table Leeds United can pull away from the pack with a win over West Brom.
Following the dominant win over Wigan the Whites travel to the home of West Brom.
Pablo Hernandez was on hand to give Leeds an equaliser in straight after going behind. He then created the second for Roofe when his pass was spilt by the keeper and the striker just walked the ball into the net.
It was evident that Leeds missed the Spaniard when he was injured, so much so that with him in the team the Yorkshire side haven’t lost a game this season.
Unlike the Wigan game, the Baggies offer threats from all over the pitch. Dwight Gayle has a great record in the Championship. This season hasn’t been any different, managing to find the back of the net a total of eight goals. Also matched my striking partner Jay Rodriguez on eight as well.
Similarly to the Baggies, Leeds have had goals from all over the pitch. Mateuz Klich has managed to score five and assist five goals making him the only midfielder in the league to contribute 10 goals.
For all the goals they score West Brom have had terrible defensive woes conceding three goals or more twice, Wheras Leeds haven’t conceded more than three at any point this season.
