Ipswich town welcome high flyers Brentford to Portman Road this Tuesday as the continue to look for their first win of the season.
Ipswich currently sit bottom of the championship with just three points from seven games, Brentford, however, are second in the league with 14 points.
The Tractor Boys’ most likely attempt at picking up a win recently was this past weekend, when they travelled to the KCOM stadium where they lost 2-0 to Hull City. Hull were just two spaces above Ipswich before the win, they moved up to 17th and Ipswich dropped to the bottom of the league when the full time whistle blew at Deepdale when Reading FC picked up their first win or the season against Preston North End.
Ipswich have no new injuries to worry about, but goalkeeper Dean Gerken may be dropped in favour of Bartosz Bialkowski. Bialkowski was dropped just before the international break against Norwich City, and with Gerken helping town to a point against their rivals it’s clear to see why Paul Hurst would want to keep him in the team. After this weekend Hurst may be looking for a new formula to gain a first competitive win in charge of Ipswich town.
Prediction: Ipswich 0-2 Brentford
