Oldham will hope to bounce back from their latest and second defeat of the season to Newport at home.
The next trip is Grimsby Town away with just under 1,000 Latics expected to make the trip to Lincolnshire.
Grimsby compared to the 1-0 loss from Oldham’s side were smashed 4-0 by Bury. Latics will hope to harness that against a side itching to get back on form.
Injury wise, Jordan Lyden, Ousmane Fane and Cameron Dummigan remain the only injuries for Oldham ahead of the trip.
Daniel Iversen should start having returned from international duty with Denmark Under 21’s. He will replace Zeus de La Paz who has played in his absence.
The usual back four of Taylor, Clarke, Edmundson and Hunt will likely continue to make up the defence against Grimsby.
Missilou, Gardner, Branger-Engone will likely make up the midfield with Nepomuceno potentially playing off the bench.
Strike wise Lang, O’Grady and Surridge will likely start again also in basically an unchanged team from the loss at the weekend.
Baxter could interchange with one of the three or could be benched again by Frankie Bunn.
Predicted XI – Iversen, Hunt, Clarke, Edmundson, Taylor, Missilou, Gardner, Branger-Engone, Lang, Surridge, O’Grady
Subs – De La Paz, Baxter, Maouche, Stott, Benteke, Graham, Hamer
