Bristol Rovers head to Kenilworth Road this Saturday hoping to win their first match since August the 18th at Wycombe.
Kenilworth Road, home to Luton Town has been a fortress since Nathan Jones took over at the club in early 2016.
Luton have lost 15 games in two and a half seasons since Jones took over at the club.
Rovers have fond memories of this ground as they won 1-0 back in August 2015 with a last minute winner courtesy of Stuart Sinclair.
Luton this season in League One have had mixed fortunes with a record so far of two wins, two draws and three defeats to their name so far this campaign.
With both their wins coming on home turf against Southend and Shrewsbury, two sides Rovers have already faced this season.
The Gas last week it seemed took small positive steps following Saturday’s stalemate against West Country rivals Plymouth Argyle.
According to Pirates midfielder, Chris Lines, the club aren’t focused on the league table at this present time.
“We win a game or two now you pick up six points in a week you are in and around the play-off area.”
“It’s not irrelevant but it’s something we are not really looking at the minute.”
“It’s now time to get winning some games and some consistency back together.”
So it seems that panic stations are not quite reached at the Gas just yet.
